FZW28-12 series outdoor AC high-voltage boundary vacuum load switch is suitable for outdoor three-phase AC power distribution systems with a rated voltage of 12KV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. It is used to open and close load currents and close short-circuit currents.
It is suitable for substations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban and rural power grid protection cities, rural power grid automatic distribution networks and places with frequent operations.
The boundary load switch consists of two parts: FZW28-12 vacuum load switch and controller, which are electrically connected through aviation sockets and outdoor sealed control cables. It can reliably determine milliamp zero-sequence current and phase-to-phase short-circuit current inside and outside the detection range, and is suitable for power distribution systems with different neutral point grounding methods.
Operating environment conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -40°C;
2. Relative air humidity: the daily average value is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average value is not greater than 90%;
3. Altitude: ≤2000m;
4. Wind pressure: no more than 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s);
5. Pollution level: Level IV (creepage distance 31mm/kV)
6. Ice thickness: ≤10mm;
7. Earthquake intensity: ≤8 degrees;
8. Installation site: There should be no risk of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
9. Neutral point grounding method: the neutral point is not grounded, the neutral point is grounded through the arc suppression coil, and the neutral point is grounded through low resistance.
24KV LBS with three-phase linkage, is mainly consist of frame, vacuum interrupter components, disconnector components and spring mechanism, disconnector and vacuum interrupter are fixed on frame via insulator, spring is fixed on frame.
