This series of current transformers includes LB-150W2 LB-161W2 (LB-170W2) LB7-220W2 (B7-252W2) LB7-230W2 (LB7-245W2) LBT220W2 (LB7-252W2) LBT-230W2 (LBT-245W2) and other models Products for current, energy measurement and relay protection in 150~252kV, 5060H power systems comply with the requirements of GB1208 "Current Transformer", IEC60044-1 "Current Transformer" and other standards
This series of products is divided into: ordinary type and cast aluminum type according to the fuel tank material.
Product features
1. Using built-in limit seal, the seal is not exposed to the air, the sealing performance is better and the service life is longer.
2. The fuel tank is made of anti-corrosion alloy aluminum material, which does not produce local eddy current heating and is difficult to rust.
3. The porcelain sleeve is made of high-strength porcelain and is integrally bonded with the fuel tank. It has a compact structure, beautiful appearance and high mechanical strength.
4. The main insulation structure is advanced, the insulation performance is better, and the process reliability is higher.
5. The oil drain valve uses a syringe to take oil samples to ensure the accuracy of oil testing.
6. The drying process is advanced, using profiling heat conduction, medium temperature, and high vacuum drying technology. The insulation does not age and the product has low dielectric loss. The 10kV dielectric loss is less than 0.3%, and the dielectric loss increment is less than 0.05%. 6 The operation is more reliable.
7. The oil injection process is advanced, using heated mist vacuum oil injection technology, and the product has small partial discharge.
The product adopts inverted structure, is composed of shell, explosion- proof sheet, machine body, bushing, base, density relay and other parts, there is shielding part inside the product that is used to improve the electric field, the secondary lead wire is connected in an airtight junction box, the shell can be divided into tee type and bell jar type two types.
