The complete set of isolating switch is composed of GW4-252 isolating switch body, CS14G or CS17G human operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc. It can also be equipped with electric mechanism such as CJ6 type.
The isolating switch is a double-column horizontal opening type. Each single stage is composed of a base, a column insulator, an outlet seat and a contact. The two column insulators are installed on the bearings at both ends of the base parallel to each other and perpendicular to the base. The main conductive part is installed above the two insulators respectively, and rotates about 90° with the pillar insulator.
The bearing seat of the isolating switch is designed with a fully sealed structure, which can prevent dust, moisture, and harmful gases from entering the bearing seat and causing jamming; the bearing seat is equipped with thrust ball bearings and radial ball bearings to separate the gravity and level of the isolating switch. The force is borne by these two special bearings, so that the operating torque of the isolating switch will not increase after long-term operation. The two shaft assemblies of each pole are connected and driven through connecting plates, adjusting screws, etc. It adopts stainless steel shaft pin and self-lubricating sleeve, and the lubricant is high-efficiency molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease.
The copper braided tape in the outlet seat is fastened to the conductive rod and the terminal board respectively. The terminal board is used by users to connect lines.
The contact fingers of the middle contact part are assembled in pairs, and the springs make the contact fingers clamp the contact finger base and the contact head to prevent wear between the contacts and the contact fingers and increase the service life.
When the isolating switch is equipped with a grounding switch, the interlocking between the main conductive circuit and the grounding switch is ensured by the sector plate and arc plate on the base. When the main conductive circuit is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed. When the grounding switch is closed. The main circuit cannot be closed.
