What is Gas Switchgear?

AC metal closed ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet/switchgear), suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, school parks and other power distribution systems, as indoor AC three-phase 12kV. 50Hz ring network power supply unit and terminal power distribution equipment. It can break or close the rated load current and the no-load current of the transformer, and can open or close the overhead line, cable line or capacitive current of a certain distance. Load switch-fuse combination electrical cabinet can break the rated short-circuit current at one time. In the power system, it is used for the protection of power distribution equipment, the distribution and control of electric energy, and has a perfect "five prevention" locking function.

Structural features

The ring main unit cabinet, the cabinet structure is made up of 8MF steel partially welded and combined with bolts. It is mainly assembled with the FZN25-12 two-station vacuum load switch, or FN7-12 gas load break switch. The vacuum load switch and the fuse with the striker are used as a combined electrical appliance. The ring network cabinet can be flexibly equipped with CT, PT, Zn0 arresters. The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with a removable cover plate for easy cable entry. For overhead cable entry, an additional bus channel can be installed according to user needs.

Normal use conditions

(1) The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40℃, and the average value measured within 24h does not exceed 35℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature is -25℃;

(2) The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the altitude does not exceed 2000m under special conditions of use;

(3) The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gas, steam or salt spray;

(4) Relative humidity:

The average value of relative humidity measured within 24h does not exceed 95%, the average value of water vapor pressure measured within 24h does not exceed 2.2kPa, the average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%, and the average monthly water vapor pressure does not More than 1.8 kPa;

(5) When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane does not exceed 5°;

(6) The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact;
